EKID is best defined as Modern Traditional with a coastal vibe. Erin had spent years traveling and living all over the US and Europe before deciding to pursue a career in Interior Design.  She loves to use those experiences and the exposure of so many various styles of architecture, design, and culture to cultivate the design and aesthetic for each project.

 

She received her Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and then continued her studies in Interior Architecture at the University of California in Los Angeles.



With over 15 years of both high end residential and commercial interior design experience, and 10 of those years as the principal of her own firm, the goal of EKID then and now is still the same... create a unique and curated space which fulfills both the needs of the client and brings joys to their lives, and hopefully exceeds all expectations.  No two clients or home are the same and neither should their designs be.

 

In her free time, Erin is passionate about the beach, traveling, conservation, restoring her midcentury cabin in the woods, and spoiling her two dogs Teddy & Max.
